# Cancellation Policy
## Order Cancellation
### Pre-Shipment Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped:
1. Log in to your account on our website and navigate to “Order History”
2. Select the order you wish to cancel
3. Click the “Cancel Order” button
4. Select a reason for cancellation from the dropdown menu
5. Submit your cancellation request
Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team at dopamine.perfumes@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.
**Please Note:** Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the shipping process. Once an order has been marked as “Processing” or “Shipped,” it cannot be cancelled through the website and may be subject to our return policy instead.
### Cancellation Timeframe
* We process cancellation requests within 24-48 hours of receipt
* If your cancellation request is approved, we will send a confirmation email
* Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days
## Subscription Cancellations
If you have a recurring subscription with our store:
1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to “Subscriptions” or “Recurring Orders”
3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel
4. Click “Manage Subscription” and then “Cancel Subscription”
5. Confirm your cancellation
**Please Note:** Subscription cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
## Refunds for Cancelled Orders
* Orders cancelled before shipping will receive a full refund to the original payment method
* If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy
* Processing fees (if any) may not be refundable
## Digital Products and Services
* Digital products (e.g., downloadable items) cannot be cancelled once the download has started or been completed
* Service bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time
* Late cancellations of services may be subject to a cancellation fee of [percentage or amount]
## Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests in the following circumstances:
* Custom-made or personalized items
* Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable”
* Orders already shipped or in transit
