### SHIPPING POLICY
**Delivery Timeframe:**
– We aim to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase confirmation.
– Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the UAE.
**Shipping Costs:**
– A flat delivery charge of 25 AED applies to all orders within the UAE.
– International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
**Shipping Methods:**
– We use reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.
– You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

### RETURN POLICY
**Return Period:**
– You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
– Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
**Return Conditions:**
– All returned items must be:
– In their original, unopened packaging
– In new, unused condition
– Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
– In resalable condition without any damage

3. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
4. Package the item(s) securely for return shipping.
**Return Charges:**
– A return shipping fee of 25 AED will be applied.
– Additionally, a 5% processing fee from the total purchase price will be deducted from your refund.
**Refund Process:**
– Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
– Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
**Non-Returnable Items:**
– Sale items marked as “Final Sale”
– Personalized or custom products
– Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
**Exchanges:**
– We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
### DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
